JOGRAL originated from José Gonçalves Soares individual company, created in the early 1950’s, which was a leather industry.
In 1965 it began manufacturing leather and wooden heels as well.
Later, in 1983, the social denomination of the company was changed to JOGRAL, manufacturing only, from then on, heels for the Footwear Industry. A new cycle was initiated with the production of plastic, leather and wooden heels.
In 1990, JOGRAL formed a partnership with the Spanish company TECNOTAC/RIERA, which manufactures plastic heels and other plastic components for the Footwear Industry, introducing its products in the Portuguese market.
